It was an extraordinary event, with a line-up of electro, hard techno and hardstyle designed to keep the audience dancing until the early hours. The result was an intense, raw and unifying experience that will be etched in everyone’s memories.

DANCING DEAD ARENA TAKES OVER GLAZ ARENA
From 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., the Rennes stage will host an explosive line-up. Still under wraps, it will bring together world-renowned artists who regularly perform on the biggest international stages and are known for setting crowds alight all over the world.
With over 2,500 people expected to attend, the energy levels are set to reach breaking point. With over 2 billion streams, Dancing Dead Records has firmly established itself as a major player in the global electronic music scene. This evening offers the people of Rennes a rare opportunity to experience the live performances of the label’s artists in a spectacular show that stays true to the label’s DNA: intense, raw and uncompromising.
A LABEL COMMITTED TO SHAKING ITS HOMETOWN
Held in Rennes, this event sees Dancing Dead send a powerful message by bringing its best artists back to their roots and strengthening ties with the local scene. The Dancing Dead Arena is not just a show; it’s a declaration of love for Brittany, its audience, and its electronic music culture, fuelled by the raw energy of the independent label.

A LAUNCHPAD FOR EMERGING DJS
As part of this initiative, the label is launching a DJ competition from March to May 2025. The competition is aimed at emerging electro DJs from western France. The goal? To win the opportunity to perform the warm-up set at the Dancing Dead Arena in front of a large audience.
DJs who reside or study in Ille-et-Vilaine (35), Morbihan (56), Côtes d’Armor (22), Finistère (29), Mayenne (53), Loire-Atlantique (44) or Maine-et-Loire (49) had to create a 30-minute mix inspired by the label’s musical styles. They then had to upload this mix to SoundCloud and fill out a registration form. Registration was open until 20 April 2025.
A public vote on the @dancingdeadfrance social media account selected the five finalists, who performed in front of a professional music industry jury at the end of May 2025. The winner had the chance to open the main show at the Glaz Arena.
